Shareholders Energia Verde is part of a larger industrial group, which is investing in renewable energy all over Europe.
The main shareholder is Eurecna SpA, an Italian joint-stock company which is active in Romania since 1991 in the field of economic development and business consulting. The Eurecna Group has direct experience in large wind power and cogeneration plants in Italy.
Other shareholders are companies and professionals from Italy and Romania. They include Finest SpA, an Italian publicly-owned venture capital fund whose mission is to support Italian investments in Eastern Europe.
