Signed contract with Spanish and Italian partners to develop large windfarms in Dobrogea. Ereda and Eurosat Renovables have agreed to form a strategic alliance with Energia Verde for a joint venture that will identify, prepare and implement several wind farm projects in Southeastern Romania.
Mario Costariol, administrator of Energia Verde, and Cristobal Lopez, CEO of Ereda stated that the potential of wind power in Romania is worth at least 10,000 MW and their joint-venture has ambitious plans to develop large-scale projects with that will seize a significant share of the Romanian potential. The group has first-hand experience of developing and installing windparks in Italy, Spain and other countries, with direct access to modern technology and know-how. The first windpark of Energia Verde in Romania is expected to become operational in 2010. go to archive
